Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid drivers license.  We reserve the right to cancel any booking made by renters under the age of 25.  The license must not expire during the rental period. 

We rent by the night and it's similar to that of a hotel.  For example, Friday to Sunday constitutes a 2-night rental.   

We try to be as flexible as possible so there are no set pick up and drop off time, though we prefer pick up and drop off to happen between the hours of 9 – 5.  We'll work together to determine the best time.  The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours.  If you pick up the RV at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it by 10 am.

We do our best to accommodate requests for extra time.  For every hour beyond the 24 hour time period, we charge $20/hour. If not arranged in advance, the fee will be deducted from your security deposit. 

We conduct a DMV check on all drivers to ensure they meet minimum requirements.

Two days before your trip begins, we will place a hold of $1,500 on the credit card on file. Upon your return, we deduct costs for minor damage and applicable fees (fuel, mileage, generator, tolls, etc.) and remove the hold.  The entire process can take 5-7 business days and is largely controlled by the banking system.

You pay 25% of the total rental fee at the time of booking.  The remainder is collected 14 days before the rental begins, or if booking with less than 14 days to go, at the time of booking. 

The minimum rental period in the low season is typically two nights, while high season minimums are generally three to five nights.

You can reschedule your trip with no penalty. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early.  If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund. A 5% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.

We do not provide refunds for unused nights because your reservation made the RV unavailable for other clients.

We generally do not issue refunds as it relates to inclement weather.  If we are expecting extreme weather conditions during your reservation we will work with you to reschedule your reservation for another time.

We provide 125 miles per day as part of your reservation.  Additional miles are billed at $.45/mile.  For example, on a 5-night rental, we provide 750 miles as part of your rental.  If you travel 830 miles, at $.45/mile you would be responsible for an additional $36.00.  This charge is deducted from the security deposit.

We provide 4 hours of generator usage per day per day as part of your reservation.  Additional hours are billed at$3.00/hour.  For example, on a 5-night rental, we provide 24 hours of generator usage as part of your rental.  If the total generator hours used is 30 hours, at $3.00/hour then you would be responsible for an additional $18.00.  This charge is deducted from the security deposit.

Yes.  Please refill the gas tank prior to returning the RV.   Failure to refuel could result in a refueling fee of $8.00/gallon.  Your RV should have a full tank of gas when you pick it up so you are only paying for the fuel you use.  This policy is similar to what you find with car rentals.

Yes.  Please refill the propane tank prior to returning the RV.   Failure to refuel could result in a refueling fee of $8.00/gallon.  Your RV should have a full tank of propane when you pick it up so you are only paying for the propane you use.

We do not currently offer a one-way program.

Furry friends are considered on a case-by-case basis, and authorization is required.  If pets are allowed, a standard $125 pet fee will apply and the renter will be responsible for any damage the pet may cause.  You risk forfeiting your entire security deposit if there is evidence of pets without prior approval. 

No.  Please do not vape or smoke cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana or anything else in the RV.  You risk forfeiting your entire security deposit of we find evidence that this policy was broken.

Before returning the RV you should spend some time doing a quick clean. We know you are going camping and don't expect it to come back perfect, but we ask that you empty all trash, clean all dishes, wipe down counters, and remove your leftover food.  The RV should be returned largely in the condition it was received. If the RV is returned with dirty dishes, trash, and/or is super dirty (our discretion), a $125 excessive cleaning fee may apply.  We ask that you treat the RV as if it were your own.

Yes to both.  For peak summer months and to ensure you get the exact dates and the RV you want, it is best to book early.   Keep in mind that many people start booking summer adventures in January and February.  We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
