What if I have to cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the pick-up date and your full reservation deposit will be refunded. With less notice you will forfeit your reservation deposit.

What if I return the vehicle before the date it is due?

No refunds will be made for early returns or late pick ups.

Are bike racks available?

Yes, 2 and 4-bike racks are available. Please inquire about pricing.

What is the cost of mileage?

We provide 125 miles/day as part of the reservation. Excess mileage is billed at $.45/mile and will be deducted from the security deposit upon return.

What is the cost of the generator?

We provide 4 hours/day as part of the reservation. Excess hours are billed at $3.00/hour and will be deducted from the security deposit upon return.

What happens if there is damage to the RV upon return?

Renter is responsible for any damage to the RV during the reservation period. Damages and/or overages are typically managed through the security deposit.

Can I make changes to an existing reservation?

We are happy to make changes to your reservation, however the change may require a rate adjustment based on current rates in effect at the time of change. Changes are subject to current availability.

How much does it cost to stay in a campground?

Campground rates vary based on the time of year and what facilities they offer. Generally you can expect to pay between $10 and $10 per night. When reserving a campsite, keep in mind the length of the RV you are reserving and the allowable length of the campsite.

What constitutes a "Rental Day"?

Similar to a hotel, the Rental Day is based on number of nights the vehicle is used. Each night constitutes a rental day.

What deposits are required?

Upon booking, a 25% reservation deposit is charged to your credit card. This deposit will be applied toward your rental charges.
